Product Description:


AUPREP Red PCR Master Mix is a ready to use master mix. It is a convenient way of amplifying DNA fragments without the need to use individual components. AUPREP Red PCR Master Mix contains Taq polymerase, reaction buffer, dNTPs and magnesium. AUPREP Red PCR Master Mix contains a red dye and precipitant for direct loading onto Agarose gel following PCR amplification and monitoring progress during electrophoresis.

Each 100 Rxn pack contains 1x 2500 μl of 2x working concentration PCR Master Mix sufficient for 100 x 50μl reactions.
