RECOM™ SPECTRUM Medium Range Protein Marker is designed as pre-stained recombinant protein marker. It's suitable as reference banding for proteins between 15 kDa to 100 kDa. RECOM™ SPECTRUM Medium Range Protein Marker is ready-to-load on SDSPAGE gels with no requirement for boiling. 7 discrete recombinant protein bands provide a wide and accurate range of reference by showing multicolor banding. The proteins are covalently linked to chromophores, enabling visible detection during electrophoresis or following electrophoretic transfer. The 50 kDa proteins are double concentrated for easier band identification.

Optimum 10 μl/lane for a mini-gel, load 5~10 μl (10x8 cm2, 0.75 mm or 1 mm thick).
