Introduction
Description: Non-selective general bacterial subculturing medium.
Often used for the detection & culture of pseudomonads such as Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Psuedomonas syringae by the addition of cephalexin & nystatin (see product info sheet for details) and for distinguishing fluorescent pseudomonads from nonfluorescent pseudomonads.
10 mL/L of Glycerol (G381) should be added to the medium before autoclaving.
